We want you to love every piece you receive. If the size or colour is not right, exchanges and returns are easy:
Terms
- Within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The piece is unworn and unwashed, with its original tags.
- Sale pieces can be exchanged and returned on the same terms.
How do I exchange or return?
- Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your order number, the piece and the size you would like.
- We arrange a collection from your address, or you bring it to our warehouse.
- The first exchange on every order is free within Oman, and we send the new size with the same courier when it is in stock.
Refunds
Once we have checked the piece, we refund you within 7 working days by bank transfer or as credit in your account, as you prefer. The original delivery fee is refunded only if the mistake was ours.
Damaged or wrong piece?
We replace it at once, free of charge, and cover all delivery costs; just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
